Note: Water and propane are trucked in weekly. This cost is factored into your rental price per night/week. This house is run strictly by solar and two back-up generators, so please: Think Green. Additional H20/propane can be available for purchase by renter at time of booking. Understand where you are and please respect the power sources.
A fully refundable security deposit will be required one month prior to stay. Amount of deposit to be discussed during booking, but will be upon based on length of stay and number of occupants upon contract signage. Any additional activities including, but not limited to: Surfing, Sport Fishing, Standup Paddle Boarding, Scuba Diving, Quad Tours, Golf, and Spa Treatments can be arranged upon request.
